If your order has not shipped, we can, however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Damaged or defective products may be returned the next day upon receipt. We must be notified immediately on delivery with no exceptions by sending an email to errossnectar@yahoo.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
