Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES & ID VERIFICATION

Thank you for your purchase with us at www.Erosnectar.com. We do not accept returns or exchanges. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed. If your order has not shipped, we can however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after the order has been placed due to the nature of the product.

Store Policy 

Thank you for shopping with us! your order will take  1-2 weeks to process and will be ship. Shipping take up to  7 business days depending on your state, if you are out of the USA it will take up to 20 days. 

There is a no refund policy! By buying products in our store you acknowledge that you are the authorize cardholder and that you the responsible party placing this order. If we feel that credit card fraud may be involve, you will get an email, asking for your ID that match the credit card use. PLEASE DO NOT USE SOMEONE ELSE CARD TO BUY FROM OUR STORE, YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIP IF WE FEEL YOU ARE NOT THE AUTHORIZE CARD HOLDER, A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED .

From now on for all charge back made through your bank in claims will be handle by our Lawyer, even after your bank decides. 

Please note we are NOT responsible for any loss or stolen packages AFTER your products has shown it's delivered by the carrier.

Authorized Users

Please understand that by using your bank or credit card on the Eros Nectar, LLC website that you are acknowledging that you place the order and that you are the authorize cardholder. You are responsible for all authorized transactions initiated and fees incurred by use of your Card. If you permit another person to have access to your Card or Card number, we will treat this as if you have authorized such use and you will be liable for all transactions and fees incurred by those persons. You are wholly responsible for the use of the Card according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. That dispute will consider void and no reversal will take place per agreement.

Buying from Eros Nectar LLC you acknowledged that you the authorize user of the bank cardholder, that you are at least 18 years old, that the bank card uses is under your name and no one else, By clicking on the “I AGREE” button or a similar affirmation, or by acknowledging acceptance of the Agreement by any other method allowed by Eros Nectar, LLC, or by using or accessing the Transaction Services through any means permissible including, without limitation via a computer or a mobile application, Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (i) it has reviewed and understands the Agreement; (ii) it agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement; and (iii) its use of the Transaction Services and any related products or services will be governed by this Agreement. If Customer does not agree or is not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Customer should not click on the “I AGREE” nor purchase from the website www.erosnectar.com Also that they are the authorize user of the bank or credit card being use to purchase from  button and should not seek to obtain or use the Transaction Services, also you are acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age.

Eros Nectar, LLC is NOT responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions. If a 20% sale starts at 12:00 PM EST, and an order is placed at 11:59 AM EST, the discount code will not be honored as the discount code would have been in place at 12:00 PM EST.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Damaged or defective products may be returned the next day upon received. We must be notified immediately on delivery no exceptions by sending an Email us errossnectar@yahoo.com Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
