Thank you for shopping with Eros Nectar.

We work hard to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining accuracy and quality control.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time Estimates

United States

Delivery typically takes up to 7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and carrier.

International Orders

Delivery typically takes up to 14 business days after shipment.
(Customs clearance may occasionally cause additional delays beyond our control.)


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately.
We can update it only if the order has not shipped yet.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the tracking number shows Delivered, Eros Nectar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.


Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your package ships.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
