Refund & Store Policy- Eros Nectar LLC

Thank you for shopping at www.erosnectar.com.
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect customer safety and product integrity.


1. No Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed, including for:

  • Personal care products

  • Supplements or ingestible items

  • Oils, tonics, or powders

  • Intimate wellness products

  • Used or opened items

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect product selection

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


2. Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders begin processing immediately.

Because of this:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled

  • Orders cannot be modified

  • Items cannot be swapped- unless previously with a staff member.

However, if your order has not yet shipped, we may correct:

  • Shipping address

  • Email address

You must contact us immediately after ordering.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Email: errossnectar@yahoo.com or chat box on our website for faster reply.

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will send a replacement item at no cost.
We do not issue refunds for damaged items — replacement only.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery time:

  • USA: up to 7 business days

  • International: up to 20 business days

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

Once tracking shows Delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.


5. Payment Authorization & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order you confirm:

  • You are the authorized cardholder

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • Billing name matches payment method

  • You approve the transaction

For security purposes, we may request identity verification for flagged orders.

Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation and refund to the original payment method.


6. Promotions & Discounts

Discount codes must be applied at checkout.

We cannot:

  • Add discounts after purchase

  • Honor expired promotions

  • Refund the difference for missed codes


7. Chargebacks

We are committed to resolving issues quickly.
Customers agree to contact us first before initiating a payment dispute.

Submitting a fraudulent chargeback after receiving product may result in evidence being submitted to the payment processor and restriction from future purchases.


8. Agreement

By purchasing from Eros Nectar LLC, you agree to all policies listed above and confirm you have read and understood them prior to checkout.
