If we feel that credit card fraud may be involved, you will get an email asking for your ID that matches the credit card used. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Damaged or defective products may be returned the next day upon receipt. We must be notified immediately on delivery with no exceptions by sending an email to errossnectar@yahoo.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
