If your order has not shipped, we can, however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. Thank you for shopping with us! Your order will take 1-2 weeks to process and will be shipped. Shipping takes up to 7 business days depending on your state; if you are out of the USA, it will take up to 20 days.

There is a no refund policy! By buying products in our store, you acknowledge that you are the authorized cardholder and that you are the responsible party placing this order. If we feel that credit card fraud may be involved, you will get an email asking for your ID that matches the credit card used. PLEASE DO NOT USE SOMEONE ELSE'S CARD TO BUY FROM OUR STORE; YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SHIPPED IF WE FEEL YOU ARE NOT THE AUTHORIZED CARD HOLDER, AND A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Damaged or defective products may be returned the next day upon receipt. We must be notified immediately on delivery with no exceptions by sending an email to errossnectar@yahoo.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.
